SANDRA GUAJARDO, director
Hello my name is Miss Sandra. I am the Director. I have been in the child care field for 27 years. I joined the teaching team here at STEP three years ago. I love it here! I have 39 Units in Early Childhood Education and many years experience. I have taught children infants to 8th grade.
I have 3 grown children Darla 21, David 24 and Daniel 27. When I am not at school I walk 2 miles every day and I enjoy singing in the choir at church, playing piano, salsa dancing, and traveling to Oregon to visit my children. I enjoy sitting at the beach reading a good book. My favorite activity is to spend time with my children. I also like going to Disneyland, On the Boarder, and Cheesecake Factory.

Kristin Consedine, 3 years and School age

Kristin is a wife, and mother to two girls. She attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA, where she majored in Child Development. Kristin enjoys teaching preschool. She has been teaching at Saint Thomas since October, 2006. Kristin enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family.
CHANTEL BLAS

Chantel earned her associates degree in Early Childhood Education and started teaching in 2005 in Northern California. She has experience working with toddlers through age 4. She is working towards her B.A. in Early Childhood Education at Pacific Oaks College. She moved to Temecula with her family in 2016 and has been a member of the STEP staff since 2018. When she is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.
Elizabeth Veale, SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Ms. Elizabee has been teaching infants to kindergarteners for 35 years! Previously, she taught at the Methodist Hospital preschool in Arcadia, CA, as well as various other schools in Arcadia, San Francisco and Upland. She attended Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA, as well as East Los Angeles College in Monterey Park, CA. Elizabee has been teaching at Saint Thomas since April, 2005, and enjoys gardening and quilting.
Laura Wood, Pre-K and school age

Laura is married, and the mother to a daughter. She studied at San Diego City College and Mesa College, both in San Diego, CA. Laura has over 30 years of teaching experience, lives here in Temecula, and enjoys walks on the beach and reading. Laura also values teaching the children here at St. Thomas and at her church.
Cindy HOgan, pre-k

Cindy is a wife and mother of an adult daughter. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Chapman University, Orange, CA and her Early Childhood Education certificate from Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, CA. Cindy has taught ages 18 months - 7-year olds for over 30 years! She enjoys gardening, sewing, reading, and singing in her church choir.
CAROLANN GENTILE, 3 years and pre-k
My name is Carolann Gentile. I have a bachelor's of science degree in education: special education and elementary education. The majority of my professional experience in education has been working with children with special needs. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I have a passion for both children and animals, which I feel are God's most precious and innocent creatures.
I am very happy and proud to be a part of St. Thomas Episcopal Preschool.
